Online Registration: until June 15, 2022. After June 15, only on-site registration will be accepted.

*for Students, PHD Students and Research Fellows and whoever has not a permanent position at a University. A certification should be sent together with the registration fee.

** Regular full registration is no more possible, being all seats available already booked.

Way of payment

 – Credit card
Payments are allowed through credit cards (Visa or Mastercard)

Bank transfer (accepted only for payments processed by Institutions, Universities and Companies).
The participant should register into the online system selecting as way of payment “Bank Transfer”. The Institutions, Universities, and Companies should send the purchase order by email to:
Once the order form has been received MCM srl will issue the invoice which will include the bank details to process the payment.


The invoice for registration will be issued with the personal details of the registered participant.

In case the invoice should be released to another subject (Institution, Company, University) please do not forget to click on the “EDIT DETAILS” button which will appear in the section “BILLING AND PAYMENT” of the online form.

FOR ITALIAN COMPANIES, INSTITUTIONS, UNIVERSITIES, ONLY in order to issue a “FATTURA ELETTRONICA” please indicate PEC and/or CODICE UNIVOCO (compulsory for “fattura elettronica” issue).

PLEASE NOTE: Invoice requests addressed to the Italian Universities will not be processed in the absence of a “BUONO D’ORDINE”. So please be sure to have your “Buono d’Ordine” ready before registering online.

INVOICE CHANGES: If an invoice has been made out to a participant, it can no longer be changed and made out to another subject.

Cancellations and Refunds

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the MCM SRL.
Full refund will be provided for cancellations made before May 12, 2022, less 50 Euro for administrative expenses. Cancellation fees of 50% will be applied after May 12, 2022. No refund will be made for cancellations made after June 3, 2022.

Online registration is closed. Registrations can be done on-site starting from Monday 20, opening time 8:00, at the conference registration desk located on the first floor of the Faculty of Engineering, Piazzale V. Tecchio 80.

COVID-19 special advices.

The 28th ICDERS, originally planned to be held in August 2021, has been postponed in the hope that it can be held fully in person, to represent the occasion for fruitful discussions, the inclusion in the community of younger scientists, and for meeting opportunities. The conversion to a partially or fully online conference will be adopted if, in the case of the persistence of the pandemic, very safe conditions for health cannot be guaranteed, or in observance of governmental prescriptions. Should this circumstance occur, reduced registration fees will be applied to all participants in remote. The fees eventually already paid and exceeding the fees of remote registration will be refunded.
